How do I order?
1. Shop with security and ease in our online store. You will require a valid credit card, Paypal Account, AfterPay and ZipPay.

Making an Order
Placement of an order constitutes entering into the terms and conditions set out in this section. All orders will be confirmed by email from Wick'd Group Pty Ltd. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full and your products are handcrafted for you.
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order please immediately contact us. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Wick'd Group Pty Ltd. Once orders have been shipped orders can not be cancelled.
Delivery
Wick'd Group Pty Ltd offers delivery nationally with a Courier Service (depending on the delivery location) and shipping is at a fixed rate
Please Note: We DO NOT post to P.O. Boxes
Deliveries are Monday to Friday. It is recommended that a delivery address is used where there will be someone present e.g. a work address.
Time Frame is up to 21 days business days for ship out of your order.
We also offer international delivery to U.K, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Belgium and New Zealand. A flat rate shipping fee is charged and delivery is dependent on courier service to each country.
